Welcome to Bondira. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bondira.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of any applicable Australian GST, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your payment has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.
Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee that all items in your order are available; if an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

5. Payment

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order, including the price of the product(s) and any applicable taxes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes, costs, and delivery details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will assist in resolving any delivery issues in accordance with our policies and consumer law obligations.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns, exchanges, and refund process is outlined in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8. Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
